Refund & Shipping Policy

We do not accept returns and refunds on our products. Once an order is placed you cannot cancel your order with us.

Domestic Shipping (India) All orders will take 1-2 weeks as the lead time for delivery after the payment is made, and the orders cannot be canceled once placed. Domestic Shipping (within India) for all customers is free.

International Shipping (Outside India). No returns or refunds can be made on international shipping. No cancellations can be made once an order is placed.

We suggest that you directly get in touch with us for any international shipping as shipping charges will vary greatly from country to country and have to be borne by the buyer. Any custom charges, or taxes levied by the custom of the country the art is shipping to, have to be paid by the buyer.

General (International and Domestic) if you have received a damaged piece during shipping, you must send us images of it on our email - minakshi.in@gmail.com it's mandatory that you make a video of unwrapping the product so that if there is any damage we can address it with our courier partners. No complaints will be entertained without proof of damage.

If we are not informed within 24 hours regarding damage, the artwork is considered sold for good.
